international effort initiated by APEC, the EU’s CNSA, ITU, the London
Action Plan, OECD and the Seoul-Melbourne Anti-Spam group.

investigative group cooperating with law enforcement. Sued regularly by
major spammers, so you know these people do seriously good work!
- Spam.Abuse.Net Long standing
pioneers in the anti spam movement, remains vitally active today.
- Network Abuse Clearing House A
"sister" site to Spam.Abuse.Net, covering a wider range of internet
abuse issues than just spam alone.
- Spamcon Foundation Formerly an
excellent organization and resource, but now appears extinct. This link
will be removed shortly if their site does not reappear.
- iCAUCE
CAUCE International (Coalition Against Unsolicited Commercial Email),
the peak body for various regional CAUCE bodies around the globe. Site
appears very outdated and not maintained for a few years.
- CAUCE - Coalition Against Unsolicited
Commercial Email CAUSE US & CAUSE Canada merged in
2007 to form this 'new' CAUSE North America. Having won their long
fight to gain anti spam legislation in the USA, this site is now mostly
a blog of current spam related news and issues.
- EuroCAUCE - European Coalition Against Bulk
Email Mostly outdated and does not appear to have been
maintain since succeeding in their efforts to have anti spam
legislation introduced in Europe. Still has some worthwhile resources
and links.
- CAUBE-AU - Coalition Against Unsolicited
Bulk Email - Australia Has not been updated since Australia
introduced anti spam laws in 2003. Contains a good summary of those
laws, plus some useful links.
- APCAUCE Asia Pacific CAUCE.

- iCauce.AR
CAUCE Argentina. (Foreign language site.)
- Sam Spade Once was excellent, now
almost extinct. Hopefully this will be returned to its former glory
shortly.
- SpamCop Well regarded automated
spam reporting service
- Net.Demon Very dated, but still
useful
- NetScanTools Pricey, but
excellent, regularly updated internet investigations software
